Director Gracien is a LEED-accredited professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Department of Defense (DoD) projects. His extensive expertise includes a diverse portfolio of U.S. defense projects, both large and small, in collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
Under his guidance, KG Corporation is dedicated to supporting Japanese contractors in accessing opportunities within U.S. military installations across Japan. By providing in-depth expertise in pre-bid planning, contract management, and fostering strong relationships with U.S. government agencies, KG Corporation helps Japanese contractors navigate entry barriers and expand into this promising market.
