Kinsson is a LEED-accredited professional with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
Kinsson's expertise spans across a wide range of US defense projects, large and small, working closely with USACE. His vision for K Willow Consulting is to democratize construction projects on US military installations across Japan for Japanese contractors seeking to gain ground.
